Terrace and balcony waterproofing is required to protect the house from penetrating water. Energy measures according to ENEV are implemented effectively.
Swimming pond / -pool
The swimming pond is an established, near-natural, mostly stagnant water that is sealed against the ground. The pool, however, a massive component in the house or garden with special optical or geometric design claims.
Green roofs
The green roof is a small piece of recovered nature, which is lost to us with every building.
We carry out small plants ourselves, for larger we have competent partner companies with a lot of experience from a common long-term cooperation.

Since 1996, sealing work has been supported by a quality assurance system as defined in RAL-RG 718.
